John Garvin

Principal

John Garvin oversees the property management division at Guide Property Services which includes a portfolio totaling $800 million in assets. John has been in the multifamily and commercial real estate industry since 2007, specializing in asset repositioning, property management, project management, and real estate acquisition/dispositions.

Scott Kim

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Kim oversees all finance and accounting operations and is responsible for financial strategy, reporting, and ensuring operational efficiency across the company’s portfolio. He developed his financial and operational expertise while working at one of Seattle’s largest real estate investment groups. Scott holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Oregon State University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Gonzaga University.
